Policies and Terms of Service of GAIANEX and its related sites created from GAIANEX, hereinafter GAIANEX

The use of our Services and Tools called the "Services" implies the acceptance and knowledge of the conditions and privacy policies listed below. Please read them carefully.

1.- USERS ENABLED
For the access to the Service it will not be necessary for the User to register. However, to access some of the sections, GAIANEX may require the User to subscribe or register in a form. 2.- RESPONSIBLE USE OF SERVICES
The user may share comments in forums, creation of sites, advertisements or any other type of Contents, hereinafter "Contents".

You should not upload viruses or malicious code of any kind.

Do not harass, intimidate or harass any user.
Do not publish content that contains language that incites hatred, is intimidating, pornographic, incites violence or contains nudity or graphic or unjustified violence.

You will not facilitate or encourage failure to comply with this Statement or our policies.
You will not post content or perform any action on GAIANEX or its derivative sites that infringes or violates the rights of third parties or violates the law in any way.
We may remove any content or information posted on GAIANEX or derived sites if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies, this statement serves as a prior notice.

The improper use of the Services is liable to veto the user or ip that was detected in an undue use, indefinitely, without the need to mediate prior notice beyond the previously accepted.

Each user will have the possibility to report Content or Users that they considers infringes these conditions.

3.- RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENTS
The user is solely responsible for the contents that they share, both on their own and third-party sites. The User agrees to be aware that all content published on their site, forums, advertisements and other content are for public access and use. 

4.- PRIVACY
Personal data is private, it will not be used publicly. When sharing Content, only the User Name and personal image will be exposed included by theirself, as an identification with other users. If we disable your account, you will not create another without our permission.
You will not use GAIANEX if you were convicted or being judged of a sex offense or other felony.

6.- SITE ADMINISTRATION
The terms linked to the relationship between Site Administrator and Client are private between the Administrator and their Client.
GAIANEX intervenes against complaints of misuse or abuse of the tools derived from said administration.
GAIANEX does not intervene between monetary transactions, nor does it charge fees related to the administration of sites.

7.- Collection of Maintenance or Commissions
Initially the creation and maintenance of sites are free. Therefore, for its solvency, it is necessary to incorporate advertisements in the lists of products or services of the User. Which the User authorizes by accepting this statement. In addition, the charge for excess use of disk space or bandwidth is incorporated, as well as the use of certain tools. GAIANEX does not charge for creation or maintenance through third parties.

8.- EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
GAIANEX does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Website and the Services offered. Not all Services and content in general are available for all geographical areas. Likewise, GAIANEX does not guarantee the usefulness of the Website and the Services for carrying out any particular activity, nor its infallibility and, in particular, although not exclusively, that Users can effectively use the Website, access the different web pages that make up the Website or those from which the Services are provided.
GAIANEX does not guarantee that the Website works free of errors or that the Website and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
The Website and the Services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
GAIANEX does not guarantee the accuracy, veracity, exhaustiveness or updating of the contents, the Services, the software, the texts, the graphics and the links.
In no case will GAIANEX be responsible for any damage, including, but not limited to, direct and/or indirect damages, lost profits or loss of chance resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, notwithstanding that GAIANEX has been warned about the possibility of such damages.
GAIANEX excludes all liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the actions of unauthorized third parties with respect to the Personal Data of Users, as well as any other liability. as well as the Services offered on the Website.

9.- LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Website contains links to other Internet sites. GAIANEX does not endorse the contents of these websites. GAIANEX is not responsible for the content of third party websites and does not make any representations regarding the content or its accuracy on these third party websites. If you decide to access linked third party websites, you do so at your own risk.

10.- UNAUTHORIZED ASSIGNMENT OR COMMERCIAL USE
You agree not to assign, under any title, your rights or obligations under these General Conditions. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the Website.
Likewise, the User undertakes to use the Website and the Services diligently and in accordance with the applicable and current law and with these General Conditions.

11.- CANCELLATION
GAIANEX has the power, and not the obligation, to issue warnings, temporary suspensions and permanent cancellations of registered Users for violations of these General Conditions, and/or any notice, regulation of use and instruction made known to the User by GAIANEX.
Without prejudice to what is indicated in the previous point, GAIANEX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use all legal means at its disposal in the event that you violate any of these General Conditions.

12.- INDEMNITY
You agree to hold GAIANEX harmless from and against any charge, action or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal expenses, resulting from your use of the Website, the Contents and of the Services.

13.- GENERAL
GAIANEX reserves the right to totally or partially modify these General Conditions at any time. If the User persists in the use of the Services and/or the Website, it will be considered as a waiver that you have implicitly accepted the new General Conditions.
In case of declaring the nullity of any of the clauses of these General Conditions, such nullity will not affect the validity of the rest clauses, which will maintain their full validity and effect.
These General Conditions and Privacy Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and GAIANEX regarding the use of the Website.

14.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The User acknowledges and accepts that all intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents and/or any other elements inserted in the Website (including, without limitation, trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, im images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flowcharts, presentation, audio and video), belong to GAIANEX.

15.- DURATION AND TERMINATION
The provision of the Website Service has an indefinite duration.

16.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The User submits to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of the Argentine Republic, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction and/or jurisdiction
